Capsule arrived on the CRM scene fairly late, but it’s not always the early bird that catches the worm. The worm, in this case, being SMBs that want an easy online CRM without having to smash their piggy bank to the ground.

For those of you not familiar with it: Capsule is a solid, easy-to use CRM system: simple, effective and flexible. It’s a particularly good tool for small to medium-sized businesses using Google Apps. One of Capsule’s strong suits is how easily it integrates with other popular cloud based apps.

One thing users seemed to miss in Capsule is the ability to keep their contacts in sync with Google Contacts.

We spoke with three Capsule users to find out what obstacle they encountered exactly and how they were able to solve it.

What challenge were you facing?

We’re using Capsule, but we also use Google email and contacts, and we needed a way to seamlessly integrate them.

We initially used another CRM because it was able to sync groups in Google and worked direct with contacts, no need for third party sync software. The CRM was more complex than we needed and was too time consuming to use effectively. Capsule offers a great simple CRM which is fast to enter notes and calls, keeps us up to date with client info that we can share and has a great mobile app.
